I returned to school at 30. My path hasn't been traditional, and for a long time I thought that was something to hide. Today I see it differently.

Lived experience can be a powerful source of empathy, curiosity, and perspective. Knowing what it means to start over, and to grow through uncomfortable seasons, shapes how I study psychology and how I make art.

I don't believe we have to have everything figured out to begin creating something meaningful. Most of the time, clarity comes from the doing: showing up, paying attention, and letting things take shape over time.

It's never too late to become someone you once only imagined.

This journal is part of that process. It's a place to share what I'm learning, one season at a time.

Note: Reflections here come from personal experience and study, not professional advice.
